    Description

    Very early "One Pint Liquid" Milk Bottle here in mint condition. In a slug plate: "M. MILCH / BOTTLED / MILK and CREAM / PORT RICHMOND / STATEN ISLAND". and on the crude base: "T. MFG. Co. / 16"....that is the "THATCHER MANUFACTURING CO." the early milk bottle Maker from Amsterdam, N.Y. The "16" is the date this bottle was made: 1916. An excellent example and definitely scarce.
