is a high-performance, high-grade NAS server storage solution for your business network. While no hard disk drives are included with this 1U rackmount server, it can hold four fast SATA I/ II 3.5" or 2.5" hard disk drives. With your drives installed, you have the option to format them in a RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10 configuration, or as a JBOD. So as to satisfy your business demands, the server utilizes an Intel ATOM D525 Processor and 1GB of DDR3 SODIMM SDRAM. In addition, and to the same end, the server is capable of utilizing the iSCSI protocol. You can also more efficiently allocate storage space with the iSCSI thin-provisioning.
With the powerful memory and processor, RAID configuration options, and iSCI, the server can transfer files at extremely fast speeds and can also smoothly support secure file sharing between multiple users. As such, you can use the server in a number of different ways, such as a media server, backup server, FTP server, TFTP server, and printer server. As a server, you can also limit file folder access to multiple users connected. For connecting to your network, the server features one Gigabit Ethernet WAN/LAN1 port and one Gigabit Ethernet LAN2 port.
As a nice added touch, the server comes with a variety of different ports for connecting other devices. It features two USB 2.0 ports on the front so you can instantly copy contents from a USB drive as well as four USB 2.0 ports on the back for connecting peripherals such as IP cams, printers, and USB disk drives, for example. Plus, it features an eSATA port on the back so that you can expand to high-speed storage. In a 1U rackmount size, this Enterprise NAS Server is a stackable, high-performance solution for your business storage server needs.
