1.Lay the pad flat on the slide of the  roller shaft. Place the finished plate on the pad with ink

. Rotate  the lifting hand wheel so that the roller is in a proper position  downward, pressing down one end of the above "assembly"
3.Rotate the forward hand wheel on the side. It's a combination that  slowly moves forward until it's finished
