    Electrovoice 644 Sound-Spot Shotgun Microphone.Chrome, excellent condition. "Cardline" design was tailored for the film & TV industry, with excellent directivity across its operating frequency range (40 - 12,000 hz). At low frequencies it has the directional characteristics of a cardiod mic, with excellent rear rejection. With rising frequencies it become a line mic with considerable attenuation of unwanted sound from the sides. Electrovoice received an Academy Awards Oscar in 1963 for development of the previous model 642. Approx. 2.5 pounds, 16 x 5 x 2 inches. Includes 6 pages of technical specs and promotional materials.
